though the good news is i've sold 4 more patterns in the past month–1 online, and 3 from the quilting store in town. considering the economy, the store said 3 is pretty good. well, i'm going to go finish that harmonic convergence quilt ...Loosely based on Ricky Tims' Harmonic Convergence . Kaleidoscope Quilt

Several years ago, I took a class with Ricky Tims on his Harmonic Convergence technique. At that time, Ricky described his idea for creating a Kaleidoscope Quilt, and gave us all a handout describing his idea. ...if you stop and think about it, life is full of convergences and is itself one big convergence towards something greater. while you ponder mathematics and life--take a look at my current project, a harmonic convergence quilt: neat, huh? ...i like the idea of making a quilt while wearing a cowboy hat. and i like the way he combines beautiful words, music, and quilts. it was a fun weekend and i will soon have something to hang on my wall. ...

Risa looks gorgeous, she always does. I don't think she looks any thinner than any of the others, and she's obviously healthy or she wouldn't still be able to do the dance routines and shows.
